i want to make my background black and with a chinese character/writing at the center??? if possible i wanted it as a glowing text. can anybody help me please

You could download/buy a software so you can do your custom designs - Adobe Photoshop CS3 is great to create pictures, although the interface can be quite difficult to master. Ulead Photoimpact has the best of both worlds.
