do you mean picture CAPTIONS?
(they are different things)
myspace disables all html in captions now (happened 4 days ago)

They don't enable HTML in comments. They also don't allow for line breaks. Sorry.

I believe some ppl have blocks on those. So maybe that's why it's not working. Other's however don't have blocks so that's why you can put the BOLD on other comments.
