That depends on what browser your using. In general, somewhere up on your browser menue, like tools or options, there should be like an "internet options" tab. from there you can find a place where it'll say something like "clear search history" or clear saved feilds or something like that.

If you have Microsoft Internet Explorer, you need to click on TOOLS, then Internet Options. Go to the Advanced tab, and uncheck "Autocomplete" for forms. You may want to leave Autocomplete on for the address bar, though. Up to you.
