Some girls are just slutty that way. I had a similar situation a while back. I know my boyfriend didn't sleep with the girl, or really even know her, but she wrote stuff on his wall. The fact that he deleted the comment shows that he respects you. You should give him the benefit of a doubt this time. But if it continues, you should question the kind of people he associates with.
