There is not a key combination that makes the heart appear.

You must use the HTML special character code

%26amp; hearts ;

or

%26amp; #9829 ;

to get the symbol 閳?br>

I put a space after the ampersand and before the semicolon, so if you copy and paste these codes, make sure to remove those two spaces.

Be sure not to forget the semicolon (;) at the end. I see people do that a lot, and make sure that your preview looks right before you submit anything.
